Internal Family Systems Women’s Healing Circle
Welcome to our IFS Women’s Circle, a warm and supportive space for self-exploration, connection, and healing. Rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), our gatherings offer a gentle approach to understanding and embracing the different parts of ourselves with compassion.
In this circle, we honor each woman’s unique journey, creating a judgment-free space where you can share, reflect, and grow at your own pace. Through guided discussions, meditations, and creative exercises, we explore our inner world, foster self-awareness, and nurture self-leadership.
Whether you’re new to IFS or deeply familiar, you are welcome here. This is a place to feel seen, heard, and supported as we navigate life’s challenges and joys together. Let’s hold space for one another, embrace our inner wisdom, and cultivate deeper connections with ourselves and with each other.
Come as you are, and let’s journey together toward greater self-love and wholeness.

Consultation Interview: Participation requires a short interview to ensure a supportive and appropriate fit for everyone involved. This conversation helps us understand your needs and ensure the group is the right space for you. We will contact you once we receive your registration.
